Topsfield Village Park

The Town of Topsfield wanted to add a spark to its downtown with the development of a new vestpocket park. Ornamental grasses dominate the planting scheme which needed to be low maintenance, but still have a highlevel of visual appeal.

The primary gathering space uses brick paving and granite Block benches with moveable tabe and chairs . Solar lights eliminate dteh need for significant utilities and matched the existing streetscape of this quaint New England Village.

This space became one of the town's little gems that its residents and visiting tourists use to sit and enjoy their coffee, icecream or other culinary treats, on their visits to the small but bustling downtown village. The granite bollards help provide a well defined, comfortable & safe space that is right on the street, so occupants of the space can both see and be seen.
